Våra kompositslangar är tillverkade i högsta kvalitet. De är mycket flexibla och lätthanterliga och passar därför till ett stort antal olika applikationer t.ex för Tankbilar, Järnväg, fartygslossning, samt till många industriapplikationer.

Slangarna tillverkas i storlek 1" till 10" och i en mängd olika utföranden för hantering av de flest förekommande kemikalier, oljeprodukter, gaser mm.

Kopplingarna vid slangänden pressas på med presshylsor i stål eller rostfritt stål för ett säkert montage.

Alla slangar kan användas både till sug som tryck applikationer.



Composite hose, like other hose, provides the vital flexible connection to compensate for vibration,movement, or misalignment in a fluid transfer system.

Composite hose has helically wound internal and external metallic wires applied at a precise controlled pitch. Between these wires are typically multiple layers of thermoplastic films, fabrics and a protective cover.

By utilising various combinations of these materials it is possible to manufacture hoses compatible with a huge range of chemicals at a wide range of temperatures and pressures.


As with all types of hose a composite hose assembly depends on the strength and reliability of its coupling
system. Dantec have developed their own unique swaging system which uses high quality precision
engineered couplings, ferrules and seals. The system is designed to ensure that when prototype tests are
conducted, the hose will burst before the end fitting is expelled, thus ensuring that the maximum strength of the
hose is fully employed. The swaging system guarantees electrical continuity to ensure that no build up
of static electricity is possible.
All the hoses are available as complete assemblies with a wide range of flanges, camlocks,
threads, API and dry break couplings. Couplings in stainless steel, aluminium, carbon steel, gunmetal and
high strength engineering plastics are available generally from stock.
